• Manager of Residual Ventures, a group of private REIT Investment funds since 2015.
• Co-founder of S2 Partners, an entrepreneurial venture firm since 2000.
• CFO for S2 portfolio company Entirenet. Co-manager of the sale of S2 portfolio company
Smartben to a private equity firm in 2014.
• Served as CFO for a $40 Million coaching and training company for over 8 years.
• Co-founder and director of Agemni, a SaaS technology company, sold interest to a private
equity firm in 2014.
• Graduated 1993 with a Masters Degree in Accounting (tax emphasis) from Brigham Young
University.

M. Aaron Gabrielson | CTO / Operations / Marketing / Systems
• Twenty years of experience in technology, specializing in networking, security,
communications, and project management.
• Chief Technology Officer at Redmond Inc. for the past fifteen years.
• Owner of wireless Internet service provider business Wasatch airFiber, LLC.
• Served for eight years as a Captain in the United States Army as a communications officer.
• Graduated 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young
University.

Russell B. Winegar | CIO / Infrastructure / Development / Utilities
• Founder of LAVA Corp, an audio/video integration company. Built LAVA Corp over twenty
years from a small residential company to a leader in the commercial AV market. LAVA
designs and installs multi-million dollar AV systems for tech firms across the US.
• Built, owned and managed a 22,000 sf commercial building in Heber City, Utah, 2005-2020
• Co-founded, built, and sold Greenwire Global Marketing, an international lead generation call
center based in the Philippines.
• Graduated 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the
University of Utah, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.
