High Cap Partners locates, purchases and operates high cap rate income properties, primarily RV and Mobile home parks.  We handle all the details for a true passive income experience for investors.   We work to find the best properties, and then add value to lower costs and increase revenues.  We provide steady, high yield with monthly profit distributions.
